Express cut out cropped sweater

Super cute white sweater from express. Has exposed shoulders and cropped short to belly button length. Cute tie knot in front very stylish. There are multiple stains but very light and hard to see. I have never tried cleaning them but it is makeup so I’m sure it will not be hard to clean. Size xs but size small will fit too
