Express cold shoulder floral top XXS

Express top in XXS. Like new EUC. Black tank with pink and green floral / flower patterns. Cold shoulder / off the shoulder design. Mini pom pom trim along the top of the tank for an extra cute / girly look. Also has button accents. I love Express tops in general but this has got to be my biggest crush. I wouldn’t sell it except it doesn’t fit me! (If you have this in a XS-S let me know!) This top is perfect for dates, festivals, vacations, everywhere! <3
