Express cocktail black and white dress

New without tags! Never worn but tags have been torn off. Zips up in the back leaving a sexy little cutout in the back. I’m 5’4 and it fell perfectly above my knees. Not too long or short- and it had just the right amount of flow to be comfortable but still hold a shape for your body. It is also fully lined. The design is leaves and works with every season, fall or spring. Perfect with a leather jacket and black wedges for a night out!
