Express chiffon dress

Express chiffon dress in a beautiful royal blue. Has built in slip. Size is XS but i now wear medium and can still fit its just a little short on me (express tends to run bigger). The sleeves are flowy and cute petal detail on the back. Love this dress just a little small for me now. Small pin size stain on the back,see photo very small and it may come out but really not noticeable with flowy material
