Express brand, Bandeau/Bodycon style lace green dress. Size 0

Express brand Bandeau/Bodycon dress. Beautiful green lace color. Worn once, looks brand new. The only issue I see is on inside of dress that looks like either makeup or fading that is not visible from the outside.
