Express. Size Small. Bright blue midi dress. Layered: sheer fabric on top, satiny dress beneath. Cinched waist. Falls just above the knee. V-neck, front and back. In gently pre-owned condition. One pulled thread on back of skirt (pictured). Gorgeous, vibrant, and fun!
