Express black high waist corset skirt

NWOT and the cutest skirt ever! In the top 3 favorite skirts I’ve owned. I had this exact skirt, sold it, then bought another one just like it! Unfortunately I never got to wear it due to surprise baby #3… It’s very high waisted with the lace up corset front covering the middle of your torso and belly button. It looks too cute with a bodysuit or graphic shirt. Zip and clasp in the back
