Express black and white flower blouse

This blouse is soft and sophisticated. Paired with a cami tank top underneath I've worn this to work with slacks or dressed it down with Jeans. There is a speck of red paint, shown in the 3rd picture, which is not noticable. The flowy nature of the shirt is flattering on many figure shapes.
