Express black and white chevron dress XS size

Barely worn! Size extra small but fits more like a small. Is stretchy in the waist and flowy, seethrough arms. Such a gorgeous dress and can be dressed up or down! Clasps in the center for a more conservative look! Last photo is with clasp hooked. Ive outgrown it and hate to part with it. I usually wear a medium or large and this dress somehow still fits me but is a little too snug in certain areas. You will love it!
