Express black Austrian crystal belt

Purchased in the 90's at Express. This was a very popular belt, you saw it with low rise jeans, in which the buckle stood out. This buckle is missing some crystals. Though I believe it gives it character. They are light blue, royal and navy colored crystals. It comes in a small with six notches, in very good condition.
