Express beige paperbag shorts

Super cute paperbag shorts from express. New with tag just tried on and took pic. Stretchy waist line hits above belly button high waist but could be worn lower. Size large true to size plus paper bag is stretch. I am a US6-8 and it was a tag big on me. Would fit a US 8-12 well in my opinion/true size large.
