Express a-line black dress with flutter sleeves

This Express a-line dress with macrame belt, cowl neckline, and flutter sleeves is the perfect little black dress! It's a size 5/6 and reaches just past the knees (I'm 5'4"). Very good, almost new condition, used only 2-3 times.
