ourdaughters @thechristyshow Its wool from the 90's however I kept it in garment bag and worn a few times because it's on unique/dressy side. It Lays well if you are a small or medium frame. The Velcro is adjustable around the waist..tight or loose. The Smell...I don't think so. no smoking here.
