Hi, I have these same pants & size (00S) in grey, and I want a pair in black. The waist on mine is around 13 1/2 and they fit well, just a little loose. Are yours measuring 15?

@mhelsel6 Hi! I just remeasured flat and yes it’s 15”. Circumference with the pants clasped is 30.25”.
