Express White Floral Lace Bottom Skirt, Size 2, EUC

Prettiest skirt in my closet, I am just not a size 2 anymore. Excellent condition, washes really well and has a nice structured shape. Is so pretty on, I always got a ton of compliments whenever I wore this, so I bought it in my current size and am selling this one :) Waist is 13" flat :) kit
