Express Water resistant NWT long Pea Coat

Black water resistant winter/fall coat from Express. Brand new with tags, never worn. Original retail price is $298. Size is XL and chest measurement is 24” making this a size 48, and the neck to bottom of jacket measurement is approximately 39”. White X on back bottom of the jacket should be removed after purchase; these are included with the item upon purchase but should be removed to provide more room throughout the shoulders and back.
