Express V Neck Romper Dress

This is a romper and a dress in one! The style is fit and flare, and underneath the skirt are shorts! I love love love this dress. There is a metal ‘V’ at the neck to hold the shape in place. I got tons of compliments on this one! It would look great with tights and a cardigan for the holidays. Excellent condition - only worn once. Box 3
