Express Textured open knit jacket in navy with sparkly buttons; No Shoulder pads

Hi this soft chic and adorable Express jacket is brand new with tags -but the shoulder pads were removed by a tailor. Looks great with a long grey tank or white t shirt and jeans. (Chanel look)
