Stylish sleeveless dress with bold black and tan stripes. Perfect for casual outings. Works with heels or flats. Has ruching at the waist. Sits right at the knees. When I buy something I always wash it before I wear on the gentle cycle that is why I don’t have tags. None of my clothes go in the dryer. 90% of my clothes look new.
