Very comfortable skirt and lots of fun to wear. Midi length. This fabric is very soft and stretchy so easily fits my 27-inch waist. Unstretched it measures 23 inches. Ruched down one side. I wore with Dr Marten's for a more casual look but would look great with heels. Perfect condition.
