Express Stretch Floral Strapless Midi Dress

Very good condition. Midi strapless stretch dress with blue embroidered floral bodice and back. I can’t tell if this dress is black or an extremely dark blue. The bodice is boned and lined. Empire waist. Full skirt. Back zipper with hook & eye. The hook is missing and needs to be replaced. There used to be shoulder straps but they are missing. Size 9/10. Machine wash. 58% cotton, 38% nylon, 4% spandex. About 16.5” from armpit to armpit. Waist about 30”. About 35” long from top of side seam. M628
