Bright white Express strapless Cotton sateen fit & flare mini dress. Lined bodice, missing detachable straps. 99% cotton 1% spandex. High quality, perfect for staying cool in the summer heat! Runs a little smaller than Express usually does. I'm typically a 00 or 0, this 2 fits perfectly. (5'3", 110 lbs., 32C) Also not as short as on the model (let's face it, she's probably at least 5'10"!)
