Dark wash Stella Low Rise Legging Jeans from Express Jeans. Size 8R. 75% cotton, 24% polyester, 1% spandex. Waist is 17.25" laid flat. Rise - from crotch seam to top of waist is 8" Hips 20" and stretchy. Inseam 26" Patch on back of waistband is peeling - see photos. Excellent preloved condition!

acruiselover @tmtp I am not 100% , but think that they were. I remember my daughter taking some pants to the lady she has do sewing, but not positive. I put a close up pic of the inside/outside of the hem so you can see it better. HTH.
