Express Sheer Long-Sleeve Top

My sister got this for me as a gift but sadly I'm too small on top to wear it. It's definitely a "night out," top. It's flowery and sheer with elastic ruffle at the cuff. It has a low plunge in front and a tie at the chest. It's very pretty and romantic and flowy.
