Express Sequined Mini Skirt

These skirt is super adorable and flashy. It was worn once for NYE years ago and closet kept. When I removed it from the hanger the faux leather ripped off the areas where it was touching the faux leather and then on the inside of the skirt taking the fabric apart it tore as well. This would have been in excellent condition. Would look cute obviously with something that will cover the damaged areas like a belt or can even be removed! I don’t want to throw it away bc it’s so cute I know there’s a fashion lover out there who can make something of this!
