Express Red Polka Dot Wrap Maxi Skirt

Chic red skirt with white polka dots. Slightly sheer but wraps with two layers so not very see through. Very flowy! I wear a Small-Medium and this can fit smaller than a Large! Faint stain and pull as shown in picture.
