Express • Polka-Dot Top

Black with tan polka-dots. Cool leather trim but it is tearing (zips in the back.) This top is thicker than a t-shirt. In person it is so adorable and I consider it business casual. But this shirt is versatile and could be worn with ripped jeans. Or throw a black or white blazer on top to wear to the office. *please note the pleather on the collar is peeling.
