Express wrap dress in black breathable fabric with white oversized polka dot print. Button on inside waist with a tie closure. Shoulder seam to bottom of hem is 34.5” The waist is somewhat flexible so could fit 27/28” area. This fabric doesn’t have a ton of stretch but is very soft and the button inside can be adjusted for a looser fit if needed. Never worn tag still on Ask any questions!
