Express Pleated Off The Shoulder White Top

This top is brand new from Express — never worn with tags! I bought this on sale and although very cute, just doesn’t fit me well, I’d love to find a new home for it! This top is lined, so the material isn’t see through. Would be a perfect date night top in the summer, it’s really breezy and light.
