Express Pink & Black Polka Dot Midi Dress

This has been washed but never worn. It is white with little black & pink abstract overlapping polka dots. It has a cute boxy and loose look on the top with oversized sleeves. The front is gathered in a really unique way at the waist that is really flattering and the back portion of the waist is elastic. The skirt portion is full and from the waist to bottom hem measures 19 1/2”. Women’s size Medium I am open to offers and I offer discounts for bundling.
