Express Petite Dot Tie Neck Blouse. This bliss is in a beautiful wine color which is closer to the first image. I had a hard time getting an accurate picture of the blouse with my phone. Worn only once, and is new condition. Loved the beauty of this blouse, but the buttons pulled a bit on the top. For reference I am a 34DD.
