Express Patterned Skirt (size 4)

This skater skirt from Express is in perfect condition. Two layers, the bottom layer being black, the top has a black and white checkered pattern. Size 4 Two functioning pockets with silver zippers! And hoops for a belt, but no belt included. It has a closure at the side, also in perfect condition. Never been worn!
