Express Over the Knee Boots

Over the knee boots by Express! purchased them when I lived somewhere colder, but haven't worn in forever. Will be cleaned before sending. a few scuffs on the heel but no damage. can include Over the knee socks, one pair black and one pair white. I only wore them once before I deployed.
