Express Open-Front Tie Sleeve Blazer

Super cute blazer with 3/4 sleeves with tie details. Has very thin shoulder pads for added structure. Fully lined. I cut the details tag but seems to be made of poly. Only selling because I’m downsizing my closet. Perfect with jeans or trousers and a tank top.
