Flowy and flattering ombré dress by Express! Light gray eases into black from top to bottom. Halter top and defined waist with loose skirt. Fully lined. Few small snags as pictured. Only worn a couple times! 23” from top of waist to bottom of skirt; 13.5 inches across lying flat.
