Express Navy Blue Women’s Maxi Dress

Express maxi dress, size medium. This dress is navy blue with outlines of flowers all over in white. Spaghetti straps are tie adjustable. Dress is full length with no slit, but has a very slight peplum at the bottom and the top is fitted. There is a navy blue slip that is covered by the navy floral outside layer that makes it not see through. Cute and flowing!
