Express Navy Blouse

Crisp collared sleeveless blouse in navy with white polka dots. Size says 10 but fits more like a small/medium. Very gently used condition. The armpits have an ever so slight trace of deodorant but will easily come out in the wash. Approximate measurements lying flat: Chest: 19" Length from shoulder straight down: 25" Length from armpit straight down: 15" Make me an offer!
