Express NY Overshirt/Blouse

This Blouse also works as an over-shirt! It has a rugged/ “wrinkled” look as the stitching causes ruffles along the back of the shirt. I saw an over-shirt because the right side of the shirt has a zipper that extends up the entire side for an open look.
