Express Mini Pink Halter Dress

This Express mini halter dress is in a fun and vibrant pink color, with undertones of purple and red coming through in the light; perfect for heading to the beach or out around town in the spring and summer months (I suggest wearing shape wear or nude undergarments as the fabric is not very thick, it mimics satin). It ties in the back with attached ribbons, that can be beautifully tied into a bow. It has never been worn, and still has the original tags.
