Express Long Winter Pea Coat

Express long black pea coat only worn once; I bought it a week ago, tried on but it was too big on me. Sizing is Small but I'm 5'2 and it covered my foot completely. Definitely fits M or even L if you are tall, also a bit of a bigger fit. Absolutely astonishing so I'm a bit upset I have to sell it, but my loss is your luck! Double buttons and pockets in front.
