Express Little Red Dress Sweatheart Neckline

Good pre-owned condition, very cute dress with wide shoulder straps and a banded waistline. The tag is coming off on one side and there is a small pen mark on the back of the hem that isn’t very noticeable and could probably be washed out (shown in photos).
