Express Leather Pencil Skirt

I love that leather pencil skirts have made a comeback this year! This is so great with an over sized sweater and heels, with a button down and tennis shoes, or with a tee shirt and heels. The only flaws are two faded spots at the back waist from a hanger. The last photo is an outfit I put together with the skirt for ideas. The size says 9/10 but fits like a 6–measures 15” waist, 19” hips, 21.5 long.
