Express Knee Length Bright Green Eyelet Skirt

This ornate, knee length skirt from Express has a small zipper and hook and eye on the side. It has a green inner lining that is seen through the eyelet. The thread around the eyelet pattern is rainbow metallic and there are gold embellishments throughout. The skirt is a size 2 but meant to fit at the hips. I have since taken it in (see photos) so it fits at the waist. It is not noticeable when on and the stitches could be removed. There is also a small mystery stain that can barely be seen.
