Express Hi-lo chiffon dress, only used once

Great for the spring and summer! Black and white printed dress from Express. Used once for a dinner party last summer, and it's been sitting in my closet ever since. It has adjustable straps and an elastic waist to accentuate the waistline. Front hem hits above the knee and the back hem hits at the calves.
