Express High Waisted Jean Shorts- size 4

Brand new, tags removed because I did wash and dry to attempt to shrink enough to fit but no such luck. Super high waisted, button(s) closure, great length. Flexible fabric and super comfortable. True to size for Express (aka runs a tad big)
