Express Green Flowing Skirt

This skirt will make you feel like a fairy! Size Medium. Forest green color with a lovely flowing lace skirt. Green slip/liner beneath the lace. Wide waistband that is stretchy a tiny bit of pilling but not noticeable on the black color. The skirt can sit on the hips or be pulled up the the waist. Looks amazing with black top and tights. Very comfortable.
