Express Flared Floral Skirt

Poofy and fabulous, I love this skirt, but it doesn't love me. Due to fit, I am selling. Just the right amount of flare, this skirt is lined and is long enough you can be comfortable in it. The floral design is almost a watercolor and has purple in green in it as well.
