Express Eyelet Floral Gathered One Shoulder Peplum Top (12, but more like 8)

Reposhing this item I purchased from @claudy807. It’s gorgeous, but it unfortunately runs very small. I’d say it fits more like an 8 than a 12. The original posher included measurements that I should’ve paid attention to, so please make sure to do that if interested. If anyone has this in a 16 (if it even went that high) and would like to part with it, plz let me know!
