Express Dress Floor Length Bllack Velvet Floral Pattern Spaghetti Strap XS

This beautiful dress is black with a black velvet floral like pattern on top of a crepe, lighter black fabric, with a light Polyester lining. It is a maxi floor length, with a straight across neck and a strappy upper back. Has only been worn once. There are no size tags, so please see the measurements in the photos. It was my daughter's and she is a size XS. Great condition Necklace sold separately and is available in my closet.
