Express Denim Skirt EUC

Hate to resell this but it just didn’t fit! Size 6 Super cool side splits Pic of waist measurement looks to be slight smaller than what my pic shows didn’t realize the tape was a little off! Waist is around 15”. Length is slightly longer in back than in front. I have this listed as a midi (I’m 5’5” and it comes to my knees) but it may be considered more of a mini on anyone taller than me!
